1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or booking lessons with me, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use my services.

2. Services

I provide online English tutoring services, which may include:

One-on-one English lessons
Speaking practice and conversation training
Grammar, vocabulary, and writing support
Personalized learning based on student needs

I aim to adapt lessons to each student’s level and goals.

3. Bookings and Scheduling

Lessons must be booked in advance.

Once a booking is made, the schedule will be confirmed with you directly.

I will try my best to be flexible with scheduling changes when possible, but availability is subject to time slots.

4. Payments and Payment Policy

For security and privacy purposes, payment details (only my payment information ) may be provided at the end of the trial lesson for students who decide on the spot or at a later time to proceed with the course.

During this session, only my payment information (such as PayPal or other accepted methods you prefer) will be shared securely.

Clients only need to send payment through my provided account. Their account details are not shared with me and are not required at any point.

We do not request, collect, or have access to any client financial account or sensitive information.

This approach is used to protect payment details, maintain security, and prevent unauthorized use of financial information. Payment details are not publicly displayed on this website.

Payments are only used for transactions related to tutoring services.

Prices will always be communicated clearly before confirmation of any booking.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please notify me at least 12 to 24 hours in advance when possible.

I will do my best to accommodate changes.

Missed lessons or late cancellations without notice may not always be eligible for refund, depending on the situation.

6. Refunds

Refunds may be offered in cases where:

• I am unable to conduct the lesson
• A technical issue on my side prevents the lesson from taking place
• Other reasonable situations agreed upon individually

7. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

Be respectful during lessons
Attend on time when possible
Use lessons only for learning purposes
Avoid disruptive or inappropriate behavior

I reserve the right to refuse service if behavior is inappropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

Any materials, notes, or resources provided during lessons are for personal use only.

They may not be copied, shared, or resold without my permission.

9. Progress and Learning Outcomes

While I will always do my best to help you improve, language learning depends on individual effort and practice– results may vary. Every student learns differently, and progress depends on practice, consistency, and effort outside class.

10. Limitation of Liability

I am not responsible for:

• Internet or technical issues beyond my control
• Missed lessons due to student-side issues
• Any indirect or incidental outcomes from using my services

I may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
